1.暑期时段：7月20日–9月4日
Summer Vacation Period: July 20th–September 4th

Course Start Date: September 7th
未按时返校且未履行请假流程者，按旷课处理。
Students who fail to return to school on time without proper leave documentation will be considered absent.
4.汉语课补考、缓考时间：1-2教学周，具体时间另行通知。
Make-up and deferred exams will be held in Weeks 1 and 2 of the semester; specific schedules will be announced separately.
留校须知 Staying Guidelines
1.学生宿舍于7月22日（周三）起进入暑假留校时间段。
The student dormitories will enter the summer vacation stay period starting Wednesday, July 22.
2.学校计划利用暑假对学生宿舍1—16栋热水（含洗手台热水）、火灾探测报警设备增设进行约45天的改造施工，因施工涵盖给排水管线铺设、电路改造等多类作业，难免带来不可避免的噪音和粉尘（不排除夜间施工作业可能）。施工期间学生宿舍1—16栋确不具备暑期留校条件。
The school plans to carry out a renovation project lasting approximately 45 days during the summer vacation to upgrade hot water supply systems (including sink hot water) and fire detection/alarm equipment in dormitories 1- 16. As the work involves multiple tasks such as laying water supply and drainage pipelines and electrical circuit modifications, it is inevitable that noise and dust will be generated (nighttime construction activities cannot be ruled out). During the construction period, Buildings 1-16 are indeed not suitable for accommodating.
3.7栋留校学生，应按照要求，及时搬往19B栋（女生）和20B栋（男生）临时居住，返回日期待定。改造施工期间严禁未经允许私自返回7栋。
Students of dormitory 7 remaining on campus have to move to dormitory 19B (for female students) and 20B (for male students) for temporary accommodation as required; the exact return date has not yet been determined. During the renovation period, unauthorized entry into dormitory 7 is strictly prohibited.
4.学生宿舍改造施工的完成日期尚不能确定，请同学按照上述返校日期（9月5日-6日）返校。
The completion date for the student dormitory renovation project is not yet determined. Please return to school on the date specified (September 5th-6th) above.
安全注意事项 Safty Considerations
（一）人身和财产安全Personal and Property Safety
1.严格遵守中国法律、法规，注意人身和财产安全，防止各种事故发生；
International students must strictly abide by the Chinese laws and regulations. All the students must pay attention to personal safety and property to prevent accidents.
2.留校学生在留校期间应遵守学校管理规定，若要外出不归，应提前告知班主任，并向宿舍管理人员报备，与老师、同学保持联系；
Students who will stay in the school should abide by the school management regulations during the staying period. If you need to leave campus and stay overnight, please inform the head teacher in advance and report to the management staff of the dormitory, and keep in touch with classmates and teachers.
3.发生任何事故应立即与学院相关负责老师取得联系；
Contact with your related teachers when any accident occurs.
4.保管好个人财物，涉及财产交易时需谨慎。不要随意将个人护照、学生证、银行卡等重要物件转借他人。不要轻易将银行密码等个人信息提供给陌生人。
Take good care of personal property, and be careful when dealing with property transaction.Student cards, personal passports and bank cards must not be lent or leased to others.In order to protect privacy, never reveal any personal information to strangers.
5.不要轻易相信不明传单、宣传资料、陌生人电话，留意防止网络诈骗；
Don't easily trust unknown flyers, promotional materials, or phone calls from strangers. Stay vigilant against online fraud.
6.网上购物时，选择合法的、信誉较高的网站交易，以防止个人账号、密码被盗，造成损失。
Choose legal and reputable website to conduct transactions for the safety of personal accounts and passwords.
（二）宿舍安全Dormitory Safety
1.严格遵守学校的各项规章制度以及公寓管理规定；
Strictly abide by the university rules and dormitory regulations.
2.自觉维护公寓卫生，并接受管理人员的定期检查；
Keep the dorm well-organized and clean and cooperate with dorm administrator for regular checking.
3.严格遵守作息制度，自觉按时熄灯就寝。严禁在楼内大声喧哗、哄闹，使用音响、电脑干扰他人休息；
Strictly abide by the schedule of work and rest. Please keep the dormitory quiet, behavior like making noise, speaking loudly, using audio and computer to disturb others is prohibited.
4.严禁在宿舍内做饭。
Cooking in the dormitory room is prohibited.
5.严禁在宿舍内抽烟，以防火灾发生；
Smoking in dormitory is prohibited to prevent fires.
6.在公寓内妥善保管好个人贵重物品及身份证件，离开房间时请锁好门窗。
Lock the doors and windows when you leave dorm. Keep your valuable things and personal ID carefully.
（三）社交安全Social Interaction Safety
1.尊重各国家民族风俗，与同学友好相处，尊重他人的生活习惯，相互体谅；
Respect customs of different countries and get along well with each other. Respect other people’s lifestyle and be considerate to each other.
2.在校外租房的学生，请与邻居保持良好关系；
Students renting outside campus should build good relationship with neighbors.
3.在公共场所，增强安全防范意识，提高自我保护能力，不要轻易相信陌生人；
Enhance security awareness and improve self-protection in public places. Do not trust strangers easily.
4.严格遵守中国法律、法规和学校关于网络使用的各项规定，不得登录非法网站、传播有害信息；
Strictly abide by the provisions of Chinese laws, regulations and the school's regulations when surfing Internet. Do not access to illegal websites and spread harmful information.
5.网络聊天时，不轻易向对方泄露个人信息；
Do not reveal personal information while chatting online.
（四）消防安全Fire Safety
1.安全使用电器，离开房间时及时关闭电源；
Use electrical appliances properly and turn off electrical equipment when leaving dorms.
2.不乱扔烟头，不在房间内使用明火；
Do not throw cigarette butt everywhere. Open fire indoors is forbidden.
3.不挪用和损坏消防器材，不堵塞消防通道；
Do not move or break fire extinguishers. Do not block Fire Engine Access.
4.公寓内生活垃圾应及时清除，不得乱堆乱放，以防成为潜在引火源；
Students should clear away the rubbish in time and should not put them randomly to prevent fires.
5.火灾来袭时，用湿毛巾捂住鼻子向安全地方撤离；
Once catching fires, use wet towel to cover your mouth and nose evacuate to a safe place.
6.穿越浓烟逃生时，要尽量使身体贴近地面，以免窒息；
When passing through dense smoke, lower your body to the ground to avoid the risk of choking.
7.牢记宿舍逃生路线，火灾发生时不要使用电梯。
Remember fire exit, and do not use elevator when building is on fire.
（五）交通安全Traffic Safety
1.遵守交通法规，注意交通安全；
For your traffic safety, abide by traffic laws and regulations.
2.文明慢速骑车，不互相追逐；
Slow cycling and not chase each other.
3.禁止酒后驾车；
No drunk driving.
4.外出时乘坐正规交通工具。
Take regular transportation when going outside.
（六）其他Others
注意防范身边可能存在或发生的安全隐患和不稳定因素，发现可疑情况及时报告学院老师，紧急情况及时报警。如在节日期间遇到意外，请及时联系班主任老师。

Take precautions against potential safety hazards and instable factors that may exist. Report suspicious situations to the college teachers, and timely call the police when in emergency situations. If you have any problems or encounter any emergency during the vacation, please contact your head teacher in time.
You can also dial the number such as 110 for policeman, 119 for Fire Emergency, and 120 for Emergent Medical care.
