CCAA 2025 Autumn Semester Guide for Registration to International Students

Registration Time

新生：2025年9月15日（9:30—17:00）

New students (Orientation/Registration):

September 15, 2025 (9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

老生：2025年9月6日-9月7日返校，9月8日正式行课

Returning students:

Return to campus: September 6–7, 2025

Official start of classes: September 8, 2025

报到材料 Materials Required

1、 新生：请参考录取通知报到材料

1.Freshman: Please refer to the Admission Notice

2、在读学生：护照；学生证；保险缴费单；自费生须携带学费汇款凭证；校外居住学生携带临时住宿登记。

2.Seniors: Passport; Student ID Booklet; The Latest Insurance Receipt; Self-supporting students are required to bring tuition remittance documents.Those who live off-campus please bring your Registration Form of Temporary Residence.

保险  Insurance

1、 凡我校来华留学生入学注册时需购买我校指定的来华人员综合保险（含人身意外伤害医疗险和住院医疗保险），保费400元人民币/半年，800元人民币/一年。

2、奖学金生和自费生均自行购买保险，奖学金学生在购买后凭保单凭证报销相应费用，费用将随生活补贴一同发放。保险作为办理新学期注册的必备材料，未办理投保手续者，不予注册。

1.Upon enrollment, all international students studying at CCAA should purchase Comprehensive Insurance for Foreigners Staying in China designated by the university (including Medical Insurance for Accidental Injury, and Hospitalization and Medical Insurance). The insurance fee is 400 RMB for one semester and 800 RMB for one academic year.

2.Scholarship students and self-supporting students will purchase insurance by themselves. Scholarship students will be reimbursed for the corresponding expenses with the insurance certificate after purchase, and the expenses will be paid together with the living allowance.This insurance is requisite for registration. International students without insurance cannot register at CCAA.
