根据学校工作安排，此次国庆放假时间：9月29日至10月6日，共8天，10月7日、8日教学安排按第四周周四、周五课表执行。为确保同学们度过一个平安、愉快的假期，特别作如下提醒：
In the golden autumn of October, the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are approaching. On this day of family reunion and national celebration, International Department of College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts wish all teachers and students a happy holiday!
According to the school work arrangement, the holiday will be from 29 September（Friday） to 6 October （Friday）2023, a total of 8 days. Classes on October 5th（Thursday）will be arranged on October 7th (Saturday). Classes on October 6th（Friday）will be arranged on October 8th (Sunday). To ensure that students have a safe and pleasant holiday, we would like to remind you as follows:
校园安全
遵守国家法律法规和校规校纪，讲究社会公德，做文明人。服从学校教学安排，不提前离校，不逾期返校。
国际学生学者禁止停留超过入境签证、居留许可的有效期限，一旦超过有效期限则属于非法居留，情节严重的将被依法处以一日五百元，总额不超过一万元的罚款或者五日以上十五日以下拘留。
宿舍内不留宿他人，注意宿舍防盗、防火，杜绝使用明火、违章电器，外出要关窗、锁门并关闭电源。
禁止酗酒、酒后滋事、酒后驾驶。
注意防止电信诈骗，中国的政府部门、公安机关和司法机关等绝不会通过电话要求汇款。请遇到此类事件时务必提高警惕。
General campus safety
Adhere to all Chinese laws and university rules and do not leave the university before the holiday break officially begins or return back late after the holiday break ends.
Overstaying one's visa or residence permit is strictly prohibited. Overstaying will be considered as illegal residence and in serious cases will be imposed with a fine of RMB 500 per day (with a maximum total penalty of RMB 10,000), or be detained for no less than five days but not more than 15 days.
Do not allow others to stay over in your dormitory. Be mindful of theft and also fire hazards, particularly misuse of electrical appliances. When not in the room for extended periods, close the window, lock the door and turn off electrical power sources.
Excessive drinking of alcohol, misconduct after drinking, and driving under the influence of alcohol is a violation of university policy and is subject to disciplinary action.
Be aware of phone scams. Government departments, public security bureaus and judicial offices of China will never request for bank transfers or information over the phone.
外出安全
外出时务必携带护照。
外出或假期回家须在24小时内办理住宿登记。
外出时注意安全，不到人员密集或未开发的区域游玩，外出游玩时特别注意水上安全和山上安全。外出跟团旅行时请找正规旅行社。
尽量远离拥挤人群，自觉遵守景点、公共场所安全管理规定。
做好个人健康与安全防护工作；注意饮食卫生，注意人身、交通安全，保管好个人财物，谨防丢失和盗窃。
Travel safety
Take your passport with you when traveling.
If you are staying outside campus, make sure that you register with the local police station within 24 hours of arrival.
Take note of your safety and personal belongings when travelling. It is advised not to visit places that are overly crowded or underdeveloped. Avoid large crowds or crowded areas.
Only take licensed transport and only approach legal tour agencies when signing up for tour packages. Take extra care when partaking in water-related or hiking activities.
Take care of your health and stay hydrated. Be mindful of food hygiene and sanitation. To prevent theft or loss of items, do not leave your personal belongings unattended.
防火安全
外出游玩时，不要随意吸烟和乱扔烟头，燃放烟花爆竹应遵守当地的法律法规。“
在学生宿舍严禁吸烟，禁止使用大功率用电器，离开宿舍做好断电，严防火灾。
根据成都市规定，市内禁止燃放烟花爆竹，请自觉遵守相关规定。如遇他人燃放烟花爆竹，请保持安全距离。
Fire safety
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the student dormitories. When outside, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Use of high-powered electrical appliances is not permitted in the dormitory. When not in use, unplug and turn off the power supply and do not leave appliances charging for longer than necessary to prevent fire.
Fireworks are restricted in certain time periods and certain locations. According to Chengdu regulations, the setting off of fireworks is prohibited. Keep a safe distance from fireworks being set off.
